The production of honey from the Jataí bee has been an opportunity to supplement income for family farmers and beekeepers.

The pollination that bees do to produce honey significantly improves the quality of planting and thus brings even more benefits to breeders.

Our mission

Identity and Quality

As there are several small productions, our mission is to support each producer in being able to market their product by offering a structure that will enhance their product.

Through local partnerships, with cooperatives and processing units, each producer can register and be able to sell production, which is in accordance with quality standards and good management practices.

We at KOAH thus take this valuable product to the consumer, striving to maintain its qualities as much as possible.

Honey from the Jataí bee is bioactive and sensitive to light and heat, but it must not go through a pasteurization process and be kept in dark packaging to protect its powerful medicinal effects.

Differentiated informative "tag" for each.

To purchase honey from a particular producer/region, look atnickname and symbol. The flasks are identical and differentiated by the tag.
